We will require prior notice to arrange an appointment.

Call and we will walk you through the process, but all we require is that you let us know if there are any dangerous obstacles or pets on entering the home.
We provide you with an individualised treatment and rehabilitation protocol.
Provide standard follow-ups, just like your normal practitioner, at your convenience.
We will also be available for brief telephone consults and coaching sessions when you need it.

- Thorough Initial Assessment to assist in the development of a treatment plan
- Soft Tissue Massage
- Manual therapy techniques
- Exercise and strengthening therapy, with provision of a Home Exercise Program
- Advice regarding pacing, management of pain flare ups and symptom management
- Assistance with ways to improve mobility and use of mobility aids where necessary
